Mains – Cooked and served buffet style by our chefs

Peppered Angus Steak, Venison and Red Wine Sausages, Sautéed Onions,

Marinated Chicken, Greenlip Mussels with Pesto & Tomato sauce,

Grilled Tomatoes with Oregano and Balsamic reduction,

Gourmet Potatoes with Parsley butter,

Green Salad, Sesame Carrot & Coriander Salad.

Italian Penne Pasta or Asian Rice Salad (GF) and Baby Beetroot.

Fresh Buttered Baguette

Dessert – served to your table (Choose one)

Fresh Fruit Salad with Pavlova or

Chocolate Kahlua Torte with Berry Compote or

Lemon Tart with Riesling Poached Apricots or Birthday Cake with Berry Compote

 

Other items i.e. Lamb or Prawn Kebabs, Falafel, other Salads or Desserts can be added on request.

English Breakfast Tea and freshly brewed Gourmet Coffee served after dinner.
