WELCOME TO TRENTS ESTATE

Trents has become renowned as a superb Function and Wedding Venue, set amidst grapevines, paddocks and mature trees, close to the Christchurch city boundary. Formerly known as Trent’s Chicory Kilns, and established in the 1870’s, the estate is historic rated and has been sensitively restored to create a venue with unique rustic ambience.

The whitewashed Mediterranean style building seats up to 160 people and the expansive lawns with fountain, doves and white swans on the lily pond form an idyllic setting. Trents’ focus is to provide excellent service, food, wine and atmosphere.  With a large dance floor and a choice of table service menu or a Chef-served gourmet BBQ, Trents is the ideal place for your wedding or function.
